UK delivery

UK orders are shipped using the Royal Mail service selected at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once an order has been dispatched.

International delivery

International shipping prices shown at checkout cover postage unless the checkout explicitly states that duties or import taxes are included. Import VAT, customs duties, handling fees and clearance charges are set by the destination country and can be charged in addition to postage.

Where an order is shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis, the recipient is responsible for any destination charges before or at delivery. Where a duties-paid service is used, any required duties, taxes or handling charges may be collected before dispatch or shown at checkout.

European Union

From 1 July 2026, low-value business-to-consumer consignments entering the EU can be subject to a €3 customs duty per customs declaration line for goods valued at €150 or less. From 1 November 2026, an additional €2 handling fee per line is scheduled to apply to applicable distance-sale shipments. The final amount can therefore depend on the number and type of products in the parcel as well as the destination.

United States

Since 29 August 2025, almost all goods entering the United States can be subject to import duties regardless of order value. Royal Mail International Tracked shipments to the United States use a duties-paid process, with applicable duty and handling amounts calculated for the shipment before posting. If these amounts have not already been collected at checkout, we may contact you before dispatch to arrange payment of the required customs amount.

Customs information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Customs processing can add time to international delivery estimates. We complete customs declarations using the information held for the products in the order.

Restricted products

Some products, including perfumes, fragrance sprays and aerosols, are restricted for international post. These products are currently available for UK delivery only.

If an international parcel is refused because customs charges are not paid, any return postage, carrier charges or non-refundable customs costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
